Experience how seamlessly a Willamette Valley wine pairs, course-by-course, with great Grower Champagnes while complementing the cuisine of the Northwest's Finest Chef, Allen Routt. Enjoy a six-course, sumptuous dinner at The Painted Lady Restaurant with a prelude of appetizers and sparkling wine. This fantastical evening features both a select ROCO wine and a small Grower Champagne paired beautifully with each new course. Be prepared for a lovely and lively dinner experience with ROCO Winery’s Rollin and Corby Soles along with Fat Cork owner Bryan Maletis. Pamper yourself with exquisite food, hard-to-find Champagnes, and ROCO’s highly acclaimed Pinot noirs and Chardonnays.

Don’t call it a cookout! The festival’s newest marquee event closes out the weekend with a sizzling celebration of animal, vegetable, fire, sea and forest. Featuring top masters of the flame from Portland and around the country, this event will stoke your appetite for everything flamed, grilled and free-ranged. Set to the tune of bold Northwest wines, classic cocktails and an epic view of the Fremont Bridge, Smoked! is ready to spark things up with live fire and some of the best bites of the weekend.
